fit true to sizeNov 04, 2009
I had heard that tap shoes tend to run small so I ordered this 1/2 size larger even though the manufacturer said it ran true to size and they were correct. It is about a 1/2 size too large but that just leaves some growing room for my daughter. She loves them!

My 3-1/2 year old daughter is in a tap class so I bought this shoe for her. She wears a size 8 shoe now, but is almost ready for an 8-1/2 so I bought the shoes in an 8-1/2. They fit perfectly with sox with a little room for growth. They are very nice looking shoes and seem very well made.

My daughter loves these shoes. They are well made and a great price ! I compared these to the only local shoe store, Payless, that carries tap shoes. And these are much nicer, and cheaper. My daughter said these were more comfortable ! There sizing was right on ! When my daughter outgrows this pair, I'd definitely buy these same shoes..... Happy Dancing.. Happy feet !
