When my daughter was a little girl (now 24) she loved watching this movie "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers numerous times every summer. Now that the video tape was "worn out" I bought the DVD as a surprise. She loved it.

I love everything about this movie. It's tied as my favorite musical along with The Sound of Music. This is the one movie I have always fantasized about Hollywood remaking. If done right, it could be so great! In fact, we should keep remaking it for each generation to enjoy anew. I guess that's too far...basically, this movie rocks and its funny.
